When you find movement you love, it becomes an effortless habit. The human body is designed in a way that was meant for movement.

For many of us, we've created labels, rules & must do's with what working out "should" look like - which creates a box of limitations at the end of the day. I challenge my clients everyday to reframe their thoughts around working out because I believe it doesn't have to be a love hate relationship.

Take the pressure off & reimagine what working out looks like for YOU. This past year I’ve reframed “working out” or “exercising” to a movement practice. A practice where I get to choose how I want to move my body daily. And the common thread of my practice, is getting outdoors!
